About Hayley
With a double degree in Finance and Economics, Hayley brings a unique blend of analytical expertise and entrepreneurial spirit. In 2016, our family embarked on an ambitious journey, founding a first-generation direct-to-market egg business that connected us deeply with our community and customers.
Two years ago, we faced an unexpected and devastating event that cost us everything. But through resilience, determination, and a focus on strategic cash flow management, we rebuilt our business on a new farm within just six months—growing to an even larger scale than before. This experience reaffirmed the belief in the power of sound cashflow management for adaptability.
